Policies

All bookings require a $27 ($2 transaction fee applied) non-refundable / nontransferable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance can be paid on the day of service using the card left on file or by cash payment.

All appointments have a 15-minute grace period. A late fee of $20 will be applied if arriving 15 minutes late to appointment. Anything over that time will be in consideration of cancellation depending on my schedule.

Unless also being serviced, please do not arrive with any extra guests or children as the studio space is limited. Any minors receiving services may be accompanied by an adult.

A 24-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. If you choose to reschedule for another day a new deposit will be required.
